Thanks to Kevin White & Aerial Pics of the Community Garden!

The Community Garden continues to grow each year, Kevin White has captured the garden from the Summer of 2018 with a beautiful view!

New Projects were added this year which include a Grant from KCP&L & combined with United Way of Miami County to Improve the Environment, the second project was the addition of an Outside Classroom which a new perennial area was added to encourage bees, butterfly’s, & hummingbirds to help improve the overall health of the garden.

Other projects that can be seen from the ‘Air’ is the Main Entrance, Trail, Shelter’s, Storage Buildings, Tea House, Memorial Area’s, Eagle Scout Project, (flag pole), & the Sections/Plots.  The garden has been in existence for six years.  A total of seven years which included a full year of planning.

The Over The Rainbow Oz Community is maintained by the Oz Garden Club which is made up of a Board, Adult & Youth Volunteers.  Families also take a part in the garden that are not part of the Oz Garden Club who maintain their own plots.
